Jacob's Engineering |
We will forever cherish the letter that Jacobs wrote to us regarding Joel's time there and his work ethic. We were so thankful for all of the kind comments that his employees told us, as he would never tell us too much about the things he was doing at work. We all assumed he was doing great things and continuing to work hard, but the out pouring of support from Jacobs confirmed our beliefs and how proud we are of Joel.
A letter form Joacbs that we will always cherish... |
One of our favorite anecdotes that we heard about Joel's time at Jacob's came from when they cleaned out his desk in attempt to bring us some of his belongings from work. When they opened his desk, they found 40 cents in change and a hand sketch of his cabin floor plans. It is such a perfect example of how Joel lived his life with simplicity and focus.

We cannot thank Jacobs Engineering enough for supporting Joel in his work endeavors and for giving him the opportunity to contribute to engineering projects. We're so happy that he was able to make so many friends in such a short time. He sincerely enjoyed his employment and time after college. Thank you again for your important role in Joel's life.
