Up North, at Peace is a place for us to remember and celebrate Joel Ray Marsh, the inspiring man, son, brother, friend, who now watches us for each and everyone of us, and greets those we love as they join him in heaven.

Here's to a life well lived...

Mano a Mano

In remembrance of Grandpa Marsh and the Marsh-Whitley tradition, Craig had these coasters made for the boys at deer camp.  The second generation of Whitley-Marsh adventures continue, and are as fun and entertaining as ever.  I love these coasters and the picture he chose to be in the forefront.  You can recognize Grandpa through his smile almost immediately, and the body language is that of true friendship and trust.

Hunting Season!

Joel and Dad out in the woods, with a Mano-A-Mano hand shake after Joel got his deer!
Many of you are already out in the chilly woods waiting with your bow for a trophy buck.  Some of you have already achieved your venison goal for the season! I've seen some pretty impressive antler photos online already. We wanted to wish you a happy, safe hunting season this year as opening weekend draws near.

Joel with Dad out to pick up the buck! There's antlers... I promise!

Have a great time in the woods, finding yourself, passing time and taking in all that makes this time of year beautiful and memorable.  As we look forward to the deer season, we remember our guiding angels who will be by your side in the woods.  Jack Marsh, Joel Marsh, Jerry Archer, and all those who loved to spend time in the woods.  The best part about Deer Camp is not the time in the woods, but the quality time with family and close friends the cabin.

Wishing you a memorable Deer Camp this year.
GOOD LUCK!
